Refund & Cancellation Policy

REFUND POLICY

If you feel the product is defective or incomplete please contact us immediately and we will work out a solution to your satisfaction. Products can be returned within 10 days in case of defects or functional problems. You will need to send these back to us to get credit for the amount paid. Returns are not processed for any products that are tampered with, in used condition, or with damaged packaging etc.

Customized items such as stamps and newspaper articles, which are designed specifically for you, cannot be returned, unless there is transit damage or other defects.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS BY CUSTOMER

If a gift order is cancelled by the customer, the refund process would be:

Cancelling in 24hours from the ordered time – 70% refund.

Cancelling in four days from the order time – 50% refund.

Please note that any amount will not be refunded if the order is a personalized work.

We don’t do Cash on delivery ( COD ) for any personalized gifts. COD is available for only non personalized items.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS BY US

In case Treasure Tales cancels the product from their end due to some unfortunate situations, then we will notify you in the quickest time possible. Rest assured if such a condition prevails then we will dispatch another item by notifying the date as immediately as possible. However, if you prefer to refund then we will dispatch the money to the account of the person who placed the order. 

Note

You must note that the refunds are directly transferred to the bank accounts of the person who ordered the item within 10 working days. We do not refund the money to anyone else but the person who ordered the item.

DELIVERY

We request you to input the correct address and contact details. Since we are a company that handles several deliveries through our delivery partners without correct contact details you might face delayed delivery or non-delivery. We do not take any responsibility if such a misfortunate situation occurs due to improper address and contact details.

You can send the gifts to the person you wish by entering their address but you must provide the correct contact details that do not welcome any confusion.

We put our best efforts to render you a supreme experience by partnering with various deliveries. In case of delay in delivery of your gift due to the delivery pincode being in a COVID-19 containment zone (as updated by respective State/Central Government), no refunds will be made. However, you can swap your order with our virtual gifts.

SURPRISES:

– If any surprise booking is cancelled by the customer, the refund process would be:

Cancelling one week prior to the delivery date – 50% refund.

Cancelling four days prior to the delivery date – 30% refund.

Cancelling 24 hours prior to the delivery date – No Refund

Any amount will not be refunded for the cancellations with lesser than the above mentioned periods.

– If a surprise booking is cancelled by us due to any unforeseen circumstances, the customers would be provided with alternative and reasonable plans or the full amount would be refunded to the customers.
